The system automatically notifies a bidder as soon as someone else has topped his bid.
The email contains a link back to the auction item and another chance to be high bidder again.
"Congratulations You Have won":
The system automatically sends the
buyer (highest bidder) and seller of the auction item e-mail notification when the auction ends. The buyer and seller are then responsible for making their own
arrangements to conclude the deal by payment and shipment. This
auction merely offers a venue for buying and selling. We will not, nor
cannot, be held responsible in any way for any lack of performance by
any and all parties. We simply provide a place that allows people to
buy and sell. HOWEVER, do let us know of any problems. We can and will
banish anyone who abuses our auction.
"Auction Closed Reserve Not Met":
The system automatically sends the seller e-mail notification stating the auction has closed and the seller's reserve was not met. It shows the highest bid and who it was made by. It suggests the possibility of a deal being struck between both parties. It also provides a link for reposting the auction item.
"Auction Closed No Bids":
The system automatically notifies the seller when his auction has expired without any bids
and offers him a link to a form preloaded with the auction data for reposting.
