New Frame Specs: These are frames designed and built using today's CAD (computer aided design) and are cut from flat stock, (steel or 304 stainless steel), using laser cut technology driven CNC machinery. These frames are not for the Corvette purist.They are not stamped steel as the originals.
New Frame Testing: A vigorus initial testing campaign was done for durabillity and longevity lasting many months before the product was released. Test reports are available upon request. All frames manufactured undergo a complete inspection for 100% quallity assurance. A very high level of quality assurance is maintained throughout the process since the manufacturer is oem supplier to GM for other products they produce.
