RESTORATION: A body off was done because the frame needed some attention. The body was removed, and all components were removed down to the bare chassis. the frame was sand blasted, primed with self etching primer, and painted correct GM chassis black.

The motor was completely rebuilt, all new parts installed where necessary. Hardened valve seats were used so that it could run on unleaded premium fuel. The transmission and rear end were inspected and resealed.

New chassis components were installed as follows:

• upper and lower a arms and bushings
• stabilizer link set and bushings
• new motor mounts
• ground strap kit
• brake lines, clips and bolts, hoses, fuel line and clips
• trailing arm shims
• rear rebound straps
• gas tank straps and mounting hardware, anti squeak straps
• inner fender skirt seals
• all new correct nuts and bolts,
• body mount kit
• front and rear bumper bolts
• stainless steel brakes and master cylinder

The body was stripped to bare fiberglass, repaired where necessary, primed, wet sanded and painted with correct nassau blue. Many coats of color and clear were applied, then wet sanded and buffed to a high gloss finish.

All glass was replaced with correctly dated glass. New weather stripping was installed.

The original aluminum radiator was removed, but retained, and replaced with a brass/copper one that really keeps the motor cool.

The interiorg auge cluster was refurbished. Radio was rebuilt and a clock restoration done. New carpets and headliner were installed. All else is original. Lots of painting inside. New pedals installed.

Original, NOS, and NCRS approved repro parts were used. The NCRS book was used as a guide. The car was kept as "original" as possible. She's a real sweetheart to look at and to drive.
