Rowley Corvette offers next Day or 2nd Day delivery
via UPS coast to coast. We will do everything in our power to get you the
right parts on time. Of course, the more notice we get, the easier it will
be.
FAX ORDERS
Our Fax machine is on line 24 hours a day for
your ordering convenience. The Fax number is 978-948-3759.
24 HOUR PHONE ORDERS
Our telephones are manned by knowledgeable sales
personnel Mon.-Fri. 8:00-5:30 and Sat 10:00-2:00. Off hours phone orders
are accepted and recorded by a telephone answering machine. Customers that
have placed orders within the previous six months need only give name,
zip code, and telephone number when placing their orders.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancelled orders are subject to payment of charges
equal to all costs incurred by Rowley Corvette up to the date of cancellation.
RETURN OF GOODS
Permission from Rowley Corvette must be obtained
before returning any merchandise. Merchandise to be returned must have
been purchased within the preceding 30 days. Returned merchandise must
be prepaid or will not be accepted. New material of current design accepted
by Rowley Corvette for return is subject to a restocking charge of 15%.
Used parts accepted by Rowley Corvette for return is subject to a restocking charge of 20%. Custom made items, ie., Rowley GTC parts, are not returnable.
CLAIMS
All goods shall be considered delivered to the
purchaser when they are placed in the hands of the carrier and consigned
to the purchaser. Loss, damage or destruction of any merchandise is assumed
by the purchaser and claims must be made by the purchaser to the carrier. |

PRICING
Prices, discounts and quotations are subject
to change without notice, and will be those in effect at the time of shipment.
Items are subject to design change or discontinuation without notice.
TAXES
A 5% Massachusetts Sales Tax will be collected
from Massachusetts residents.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Rowley Corvette ships most items by UPS; other
items must go by truck. If you have an immediate need for parts, they can
be send by air or other special handling. All freight charges will be C.O.D.
except by special arrangement.
WARRANTY
Rowley Corvette warrants that it will repair
or replace to the original purchaser without charge, fob Rowley Massachusetts,
any products manufactured by it which are returned to the company, freight
prepaid, within 30 days from the date of shipment from its plant, and which
are found to be by our examination faulty or defective in material or workmanship.
Rowley Corvette will not be responsible for any
damage or loss caused by delays, failure, or any consequential damage arising
from any cause whatsoever, nor for labor, transportation, lodging, or any
other charges in the replacement or repair of defective parts.
This warranty to repair or replace is the only
warranty expressed or implied by Rowley Corvette. Items re-sold by us and
not of our manufacture is warranted only to the extent of the original
manufacture's warranty.
Warranty will not be in force for any merchandise
that is not paid for in full to Rowley Corvette that has been altered in
any way. |
