Have reservations about mangoes and papayas.
If one goes deeper and more detailed, one can certainly get a list with sugar values, which can be found on the Internet or in the relevant diet books. Whether the theory is correct or not, I can’t judge, but it sounds like the future is still very bright.
As you can see from the sugar diet recipes, such recipes don’t actually trigger much hunger. I can only hope: you like fish. Fish is the top of the list of diet foods, the queen of slimming meals. No matter what kind of slimming route you take, if you eat fish you will be on your way. You can eat as much fatty fish as possible, although such fish contains more calories, but the fat contained in it is at least beneficial fat.
Vegetables not to eat.
Corn, cooked carrots (but raw is fine), squash, and canned peas.
