1. Let the kids help you cook
Choose a few healthy recipes that small children can easily accept or enjoy and ask them to pick out the kinds of foods they want to eat. Also, ask them to help you in the preparation process.
2. Let your husband slim down with you
When replacing high-fat foods with healthy foods, your significant other may complain about the change. Understand their complaints, a compliment or two when appropriate, or remind him that you will have greater attractiveness ……, and then give him a little more motivation when appropriate: men’s waistlines are inversely proportional to both health and sexual function, and invite him to control his diet with you, a partner more likely to succeed.
3. A little more fresh food
Reduce the portions of high-calorie foods while increasing low-calorie foods, such as vegetables, salads, and tomato soup. Since they can taste fresh flavors and have more choices, your family will generally no longer have objections.
4. One soup, vegetable juice or low-fat dressing salad per meal
Studies have shown that people who consume a bulky, low-calorie appetizer – such as a soup or salad – before a meal eat significantly less food throughout the meal compared to those who eat the main course straight away.
