Researchers in New York, USA, are still exploring: when exactly is walking after a meal more beneficial to weight loss. By monitoring a group of students who insisted on walking exercise, they found that about 45 minutes after meals, walking at a speed of 4.8 kilometers per hour for 20 minutes, calories are burned faster, and this time walking is beneficial to weight loss.
They reminded people that hard-to-digest food should only be eaten at breakfast or lunch, and not at dinner, because people generally have less physical activity after dinner and rarely exercise, so it is not conducive to weight loss.
They also found that if you can take a walk again 2 to 3 hours after a meal for about 20 minutes, then the effect of weight loss will be more obvious.
