Eat vegetables before lunch or dinner
Vegetables are water-rich, so they only add weight but not calories. Also, eating vegetables takes longer to chew, making your brain feel like you’ve been eating for a long time and therefore feel full.
Strictly adhere to meal times
If you have regular breakfast and lunch times on weekdays, make sure that you eat breakfast and lunch at the same times on Saturdays and Sundays. Remember! Skipping breakfast or lunch on Saturdays and Sundays or delaying meal times will only increase your hunger and make you overeat without realizing it.
Make good use of visuals
Always use small plates, bowls and small heeled glasses. Replace all your tableware with smaller ones so that you not only control the amount of food you eat, but also feel satisfied with it.
