Dance Pose Control
- 1) Lift one leg up and around the other leg, eyes on the point parallel to the line of sight, and lift the hands upward curved arms to the side of the body.
- 2) Keeping your eyes fixed on the front, lift the powered leg upward while pushing out the arms to the far side of the body, and stand with the heel of the standing leg upward, trying to maintain balance. Try to hold this position for as long as possible.
Note: Try to keep your balance while lifting your leg, stretch your arms and spine upward as much as possible, keep your eyes fixed on a fixed object in front of you, breathe naturally and keep your mind calm.
