I can’t judge whether the theory is correct or not, but it sounds like the future is still bright. As you can see from the sugar diet recipes, such recipes don’t actually trigger much hunger.
You like to eat fish. Fish is the top of the list of diet foods, the queen of slimming meals. No matter what kind of slimming route you take, if you eat fish you will be on your way.
You can eat as much fatty fish as you want, although it contains more calories, but the fat it contains is at least beneficial fat. I also enjoy a leaner piece of fish or fins from time to time.
Nevertheless, this can be just as exhausting for an avid salad lover like me. This time I tossed the salad exactly the classic way, with vinegar and oil or with yogurt.
What little you can eat has to at least taste good. Have soup once a day and a salad with fish or lean meat once a day. In the morning, if you eat breakfast, have a small amount of yogurt or skim milk (low-fat), supplemented with fresh fruit and some oatmeal.
Salad. Yes, salads! Tuna salad, baby chicken breast salad, mushroom salad, shredded pepper salad, cucumber salad, baby ocean radish salad, tomato salad or a salad with multiple vegetables. I used to dress my salads with lemon juice and only lemon juice during my diet.
