Fitness trainers suggest that you can actually do a simple home exercise just by using the mineral water bottles at home. Let your metabolism flourish and your muscles can get the most reasonable exercise.
Action 1 prone action

Step 1: Spread your feet shoulder-width apart and hold a water bottle with your hands on each side of your body, palms facing backwards. Squat while lifting the water bottle upward, squatting until the thighs are parallel to the ground and insist on 1 second.
Step 2: After squatting, lift the center of gravity upward, legs on the ground, hands down from the top of the head, restore the position on both sides of the body, jump upward.
